Extended Summer on Rhodes
In early October, I spent a week at the exquisite five-star Princess Andriana Hotel, part of the H Hotels Collection, on the scenic island of Rhodes. Situated on the island’s unspoilt southeastern coast, the hotel’s location with pristine beaches and the shimmering Aegean Sea was exactly the escape I was looking for.

Arrival and First Impressions
From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the hotel’s reception team made me feel right at home. The hotel’s modern design and lush gardens created an unforgettable first impression. A fruit platter and sparkling wine awaited me in my room, setting a perfect tone for a relaxing stay.

Family Room with a Shared Pool
Our family room offered a luxurious haven, featuring modern decor and a spacious layout. The shared pool added an extra touch of luxury, allowing us to unwind together just steps from our door. Every morning, sitting on the terrace with a coffee to plan the day felt indulgent.
The 41 m² family room is ideal for families, comfortably accommodating up to four guests with a double bed and two single beds. The sliding doors created a nice separation between the parents’ sleeping area and the children’s space, making it practical yet elegant. The Ultra All-Inclusive offer even included a stocked minibar, adding to the comfort.

Dining Across Three Restaurants
The Princess Andriana Hotel provides a rich culinary experience across multiple restaurants. During our stay, we dined at three of the hotel’s signature spots:
- Moonlight Gourmet Restaurant: For a special night out, Moonlight’s elegant ambiance and attentive service created an unforgettable dining experience. The menu’s mix of international and local dishes was a feast, each dish crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I especially recommend the lamb fillet and the tiramisu. The wine list, a mix of local and international selections, was an impressive addition.
- BBQ Coral Restaurant: The BBQ Coral offered a laid-back, open-air dining experience. With fresh grilled meats, fish, and vegetables, it was a celebration of authentic Greek flavors. Dining outdoors on a warm evening, enjoying a mix of grilled specialties and Greek appetizers, was a memorable highlight.
- Italian Style Restaurant: As fans of Italian cuisine, we were thrilled by the selection here. From risotto with squid to panacotta, each dish was flavorful and delicious. The fountain show in the evening added a wonderful visual element to the dining experience.

Ultra All-Inclusive Perks
One of the main perks of staying at Princess Andriana was the Ultra All-Inclusive concept, allowing us to enjoy meals, snacks, and drinks at any time without worrying about additional costs. This convenience, especially for a family trip, made every day feel like a true holiday.

Pool and Beach Relaxation
The hotel offers a mix of relaxation options at both the pool and the private beach. The multiple pools provided a refreshing break on hot days, and the private beach, just steps away, offered a peaceful retreat. From early morning swims to evening drinks by the water, each moment felt special.

Sports and Leisure Activities
For those looking to stay active, the hotel offers a range of activities:
- Tennis: The hotel’s tennis center has courts suitable for all levels, and lessons are available with a professional coach.
- Fitness and Wellness: The gym provided everything needed for a solid workout, and the spa was a fantastic way to unwind afterward. The wellness center offers everything from facials to massages, making it the perfect place to recharge.
- Mini Club and Animation: Families can enjoy a full range of activities, from beach volleyball to yoga. Children’s activities, including a mini-club, ensure that younger guests are entertained, and a water park is planned to open next year.
Evening Entertainment
Each evening, the hotel offered live performances, from music nights to dance shows. This evening entertainment, paired with a drink, made for the perfect way to unwind after a day spent exploring or relaxing by the water.
Summary
My stay at the Princess Andriana Hotel was the ideal autumn getaway. From a spacious family room to fantastic dining options and the convenience of Ultra All-Inclusive service, it’s a top choice for anyone looking to enjoy Rhodes in style. Whether you want to explore the island’s historic sites, relax by the beach, or enjoy quality time with family, this hotel makes it all possible. Looking forward to the next time I can enjoy this incredible destination!
